How do you make a plain ol’ bracelet fun? Add puff stitches!
Puff stitches are great little stitches that are raised from the rest of your piece in a “puff” sort of way. . They add texture and character to your crocheted works. The puff stitch can be used with a plain single crochet work to make raised images or lettering. I first used the puff stitch a few years back, when I made an ABC blanket for one of my daughters. I enjoyed working with it and I was impressed with the effect. This led me to think of what else I could do with such an interesting stitch.
