Yesterday, I shared about the donations that I am making to Valley Children’s NICU. Today, I am going to share one of the free crochet headband patterns. We will start with the crochet Preemie Bow Headband pattern.
I love how cute this little headband is. The bow is only 3 1/2 inches long, but on a preemie’s little head, it will look like one of the oversize bows that are fashionable right now. After all, you are never too young to be fashionable!
While this bow is adorable, it carries a little weight to it. For this reason, it would be perfect for a photo shoot, but not as practical for long term wear… which is why I only included one in my gift. I had to share the pattern, though, because really, can we ever have too many tiny photo props?
Keep in mind, too, you can always size the headband larger for older babies!
If you aren’t sure about the size you need, you can always print out my Hat and Headband Size Chart, to keep on hand. It includes preemie sizes.
