You may remember the crochet Lace Cuff Bracelet that I shared recently. Well, that cuff bracelet reminded me of this very simple crochet Seed Stitch Cuff Bracelet pattern that I made a while back. It is a cute, fashionable bracelet, so naturally, I wanted to share this one with you, too.
The seed stitch is very easy. It is just a single crochet and a double crochet made in the same stitch. The seed stitch has a very nice texture to it, and I know it is hard to tell, but there is a strip of gold color in the craft twine that I used that really makes the texture “pop”.
Yes. You read that correctly. I used craft twine. It was perfect for this project, and fun to work with. Alternatively, you could use crochet thread, or a fine weight yarn. I do encourage you to experiment with crocheting with the craft twine, though. In fact, I would encourage you to crochet with a variety of materials… embroidery thread, ribbon, that plastic craft thread, wire, etc.
I would love to hear the different things you’ve crocheted with or would like to try to crochet with. Please leave a comment below to share your thoughts.
